Frequently Asked Questions

Unframed prints are wrapped in tissue paper & sent in protective tubes via Royal Mail insured priority service (with the exception of small digital prints which are sent via First Class mail) and must be signed for on delivery to the specified address.

We currently do not offer delivery as standard on large framed prints, due to their variable size & weight, which makes it difficult to determine delivery costs. We encourage our customers to collect their framed prints directly from our premises, to minimise costs to the customer and to ensure that the piece is received in perfect condition. However, we are willing to arrange delivery of large framed prints on request - please call us on 0114 2634493 or email us to discuss this and receive a delivery quote.

We aim to despatch all orders within 10 working days of ordering, however as we are a small working print studio, please allow upto 28 days for delivery. The majority of orders should be received within 7 days.

Delivery charges vary due to the size and value of orders. Currently our delivery charge for large unframed silkscreen prints is £7.95, regardless of how many prints are ordered.

Delivery charges are calculated and shown at the 'checkout' stage of ordering (via the secure PayPal site), and may not be visible in your shopping cart before then.
Our standard post and packaging is for delivery within the UK. Overseas deliveries can be arranged. Please email us with details. We are unable to deliver to PO boxes.

All of our signed & numbered limited edition prints are delivered with a detailed sales receipt which doubles as your certificate of authenticity. Details include the artist, title, dimensions, paper stock, edition size and number of your print, along with your name and address as the first purchaser of the artwork.

One-off Original Artworks:
We display a small number of artist's one-off original works (eg: paintings or drawings) on our website, which are not generally available for purchase online. If you wish to view or purchase any of the original artworks shown, or to enquire about the full range of original artworks we currently have in our possession, please call us on 0114 2634493 or email us.

Online payments are processed securely by PayPal. We do not store your credit/debit card details. If you wish to pay by cheque, cash or directly by credit/debit card, please call us on 0114 2634493 or email us.

Returns & Complaints:
We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase from us, but if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please inform us by email or telephone within 24 hours of receiving the goods. Please call us on 0114 2634493 or click here to email us.

We aim to photograph the artwork and display the relevant information with regards to each individual piece as accurately as possible (eg: size, colour, paper stock etc), however due to variations in inks, paper sizes etc and the display limitations of different computer monitors, we are unable to accept returns of artwork due to reasonable variations in colour, size and appearance between the artwork as displayed on the website and the artwork actually received. The customer must judge the suitability of the artwork for the purpose intended and makes the purchase at their own risk. Please see our full Terms & Conditions here.

If goods are not rejected by the buyer within seven days of delivery then they are deemed accepted.

Ethical & Environmental:
All our own silkscreen printing is carried out by hand using eco-friendly water based inks and wherever possible we endeavour to use premium recycled paper stocks & ethically sourced quality garments.
